• Does HQ-translate agency do multi-language translations? What language pairs do you work with?

  Absolutely, we currently translate from and into 40 world most-common languages, you can check the pair through our online quoting tool. • How can I obtain a quote?

  The best way to receive an instant quote for translation is to use our Online quoting tool, please find its tag on the right border of your screen. Your phone calls are also welcome!
  A quote for interpretation, localisation, DTP and other services can be provided via e-mail or by phone.

• How do I count the words in my document?

  If the document is in MS Word format, use the "Word Count" function from the Tools menu, or you can see the word count in the bottom-left corner of the screen upon opening the file. Otherwise, if the document is in another format (Paper, HTML, PDF, PHP, ASP, etc.), send us the file by e-mail or through our Online-order form. We will count the words for you and send you a quick quote.

• How do I send you a document?

  If your document is printed, send it by fax to +420 22 888 2051, specifying your billing and contact details, the source language, the target language(s) and the required delivery date. Our project managers will be in touch with you shortly then.

• What document types can be processed?

  We work with nearly all types of files including MS Office, PDFs, InDesign, FrameMaker, HTML, XML, PHP, SDLXLIFF and many other formats and file extensions.

• Do you work with native speakers?

  HQ-translate s.r.o. services strictly involve quality translation/localisation to be done by a native speaker of the target language, along with a document proofreading or functional content testing by another professional, native in the target language.

• How do you select and approve your translators?

Upon your request, we are willing to sign your own NDA agreement. And YES - all online payments are processed on a secure server provided by 2Checkout, we have no access to your payment details.

• What is your payment policy?

  The majority of the translation orders are processed upon a full/partial prepayment been made. It's quick and easy, you can securely pay with your debit/credit card right on our website.   For our returning clients we can offer deferred payment conditions up to 30 days.

• What types of payment do you accept?

  We have managed to set up internal workflow allowing for 24/7/365 availability to all our clients. But please let us know beforehand about any rush or weekend jobs in plans.
